Innovations in filtration technology

Nanotech supplies a wide variety of filtration products. These products, including both vessels and replaceable media, are used extensively in the beverage, chemical processing, cosmetic, food processing, metalworking, paint, ink, pharmaceutical and photo-processing industries. They are also used for pre-filtration of feed water in reverse-osmosis water treatment plants. Several of these products are "Certified to ANSI/NSF 61" standard for contact with drinking water components. In microfiltration, our product range is pioneering breakthroughs for micro-chip fabricators. Our systems improve yields by delivering ultra-pure chemicals and water filtered to the limits of detection.

When you need process fluid filters to remove contaminat�ion, such as gels or grit, Nanotech can deliver. In applications such as oil and gas exploration, production processing or removal of wastes and by-products, our filters remove particles from 0.03 to 840 microns. Our process filtration capabilities include such applications as adhesives, resins, water, paints, edible oils, photographic chemicals and magnetic coatings. Advanced technology, ultra-pure, chemically inert filtration applications include electronic components, pharmaceuti�cals, beverages and reverse-osmosis membrane pre-filtration protection.

Nanotech�s broad filter line includes membrane cartridges, pleated cartridges, vessels (ASME code and non-code), high-efficiency filter bags, melt blown cartridges, stainless steel media and more. Our filter media provide a wide range of micron removal choices from 0.03 to 840 microns, with efficiencies as high as 99.99+ percent.

Nanotech's leadership in ultra-pure microprocess filtration is recognised by a growing number of customers. We contribute to improved yields by helping to deliver ultra-pure chemicals and water to the wafer surface.

Finally, Nanotech's bag media and bonded media are available for high-viscosity applications, such as the removal of oversize particles in paints and inks. The wound cartridge is an economical choice for general clarification operations on a wide variety of liquids from water to corrosive liquids to organic liquids. Wound cartridges, bag media and pleated products that meet America's Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements are available for food contact service such as potable water, edible oils, soft drinks, beer and corn syrup.

Membrane cartridges

Nanotech's line of membrane cartridges is ideal for critical applications when high performance is necessary. They are available in two types of media: polyethersulfone, and PTFE fluoropolymer

Pleated polypropylene cartridges

Pleated polypropylene filter elements, such as our backwashable Poly-Mate cartridge used in beer filtration and similar applications, provide added-value filtration.

Resin bonded cartridges

Nanotech's Probond cartridges provide two-stage filtration in an innovative one-piece filter. The outer layer of Probond acts as a pre-filter trapping large particles while the inside layer provides final filtration. The Probond is available in particle removal ratings from 2 to 150 microns.

Melt blown cartridges

Process Filtration's MegaBond Plus cartridges are absolute-rated depth media that offer consistent production yields and quality, due to their fixed pore structure and finer removal ratings suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Vessels

Nanotech ASME code and non-code filter vessels are available in a variety of configurations for a broad range of liquid, compressed air and gas applications.
